Offering
We are focussing on Zambia because it is already a logistics hub, with eight neighbouring countries. It acts as a conduit to the economically important DR Congo, thus allowing investors the benefit of economic gains to be made in that country without the high risks entailed from investing there directly.
Our goal is to build and optimize logistics chains in Sub Saharan Africa
The Opporunities
Lake Tanganyika Shipping Company Holdings (LTSC)
Lake Tanganyika Shipping Company Holdings will be a Dubai-based holding company to take advantage of the double-tax treaty between the UAE and Zambia, while at the same time satisfying international substance requirements
– i.e. it will be an operational company with employees on the ground rather than a brass plate. The link with Dubai allows the holding company to access the expertise of the Dubai market and decant that into the Zambian business.
Kipushi Dry Port
Kipushi Dry Port Holdings will again be a Dubai-based subsidiary which will in turn own a local subsidiary or branch. As the project grows and diversifies, the business lines will be rationalised to allow partial exits. For example, any retail park will be run as a separate business.
In the initial phase, Kipsuhi Dry Port Holdings will obtain planning consent (which the District Council has already indicated is a formality, given their involvement in the project), prepare final plans and arrange for the area to be fenced and a suitable space concreted. Initials sheds will be constructed
– both regular and chilled
– and operations commenced as soon as possible.
Additional sheds will then be constructed as demand increases.

A strategic partner, being supportive of multimodal transport solutions on both the shipping and dry port projects to create efficient shuttle services.
Project Financials Overview (ROI)
Our projects look to ease some of the bottlenecks and improve efficiency. We believe this will lead to increased trade, significant market share and thus profits for our investors.

Past performance is not necessarily a guide to future performance. The value of an investment may go down as well as up, in which case an investor may not get back the amount invested. Investments in unlisted companies are more illiquid and as such, there may not be a readily available market to sell such an investment.
